AGP Mr.A.L.Sharma for respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 submitted that
employer has been contacted by concerned officer, however, as his
relative is hospitalized at Bombay, the employer is not able to make
the payment immediately. However, the employer has made assurance
that after some time, the payment will be made to concerned workman
and therefore, some time may be granted.

Accordingly,
the matter is adjourned to 22.3.2010.
