                              JUDGMENT

Petitioners approached this court with certain grievances

regarding election to the Managing Committee of a Sangham. In

view of the intervening developments, in case the petitioners

have still any grievance left, they may pursue the same in

appropriate proceedings before the Wakf Board/Wakf Tribunal, if

the same is otherwise maintainable.
