3. 31.03.2011. Having perused the show-cause of the Circle

Officer it is quite evident that the drain in Plot No. 585

measuring an area of 3 katha 5 dhurs has been converted

into a path way to the detriment of the petitioner and

others as the rain/drain water of the locality is

accumulating in the house of the petitioner and others. I

direct the Collector, Siwan and Circle Officer,

Maharajganj to visit the site-in-question and to take

appropriate measure so that drain is restored in Plot No.

585.

Put up after four weeks maintaining its

position in the same list.
