The prayer in this writ petition is as follows:

“a) to call for the records in O.P.No.570/2005,

M.C.No.45/2006, O.P.No.83/2006 and O.P.295/2006 pending

before the Family Court Judge, Kannur to deliver judgments in

the above cases as expeditiously as possible in the interest of

justice.”

2. We got a report from the Family Court,

Kannur. The learned Judge, after verification informed that

O.P.No.570/2005 and connected cases are posted to

20.3.2010 and that it will be disposed of on that date. We

record the same and close the writ petition.
