Today again on call none appeared on behalf of the

petitioner either to press the petition or to make a prayer for

adjournment. On earlier occasion also none had appeared on behalf

of the petitioner which is evident from order dated 2/8/2011.

Sri Vijay Kumar Verma, learned counsel appearing on

behalf of all the Respondents/Bihar State Electricity Board, is

present.

The writ petition stands dismissed due to non-

prosecution.
