Jawahar Prasad Karn for respondent nos. 4 and 5, are

present. Let the three sets of the respondents file their

respective counter affidavits.

2. Issue notice to respondent nos. 11 and 12 by

registered post with A.D. for which requisites etc. be filed

within a period of one week, failing which the appeal shall

stand rejected as against them without further reference to

the Bench.

3. Put up soon after service of notice.
