Today again on call, none appeared on behalf of the

petitioner either to press this petition or to make a prayer for

adjournment. On earlier occasion also, none had appeared on behalf

of the petitioner, which is evident from the order dated 10.08.2011.

Sri Prabhat Kumar Singh, learned A.C. to A.A.G.no.5, who appears

on behalf of Respondent nos.1,2,3,5 and 6 and Sri S.M. Ehtesham ,

learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent no.4/

Accountant General,Bihar,Patna are present.

The writ petition stands dismissed due to non-

prosecution.
