27. 15.1.2011 Heard the learned counsel for the appellants
on the interlocutory application No. 7126 of 2008.
This is a substitution application. It is within
time. Accordingly, the substitution application is
allowed and the legal representatives of the deceased
respondent No.13 as mentioned in detail at paragraph 1
of the substitution application are substituted in place
of deceased respondent No.13 after deleting his name.
The appellants shall take steps for appeal notice on the
newly substituted respondents in ordinary process for
which the necessary requisites must be filed within two
weeks. Peremptory.
