3. 27.10.2010 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
respondent no. 9 is the son of the petitioner and he will appear in
court within one month. So far respondent nos. 1 to 8 are concerned,
issue notices upon them under ordinary process as well as registered
cover with A/D for which requisites etc. must be filed by the
petitioner within one week failing which this application as against
the concerned respondents shall stand rejected without further
reference to a Bench.
During the pendency of this writ petition, further
proceeding of T.S. No. 468 of 2002 pending before Subordinate
Judge-IX, Sasaram, Rohtas shall remain stayed.
