02. 13.09.2011 Issue notice to the respondent to show cause

as to why this writ application be not allowed at the stage

of admission itself.

The petitioners shall take steps for notice in

admission matter in ordinary process as well as registered

post both within one week.

In the meantime, the operation of the order

dated 21.07.2011 passed by Munsif III, Patna in Eviction

Suit No.23 of 2007 shall remain stayed.
