The appellant No.2(1) namely Ram Naresh
Singh died on 20.5.2009. The application for substitution
has been filed on 7.8.2009. The substation application is
within time. Accordingly, the substitution application i.e.
I.A. No. 4997 of 2009 is allowed. The legal
representatives as mentioned in detail in paragraph 1 of
the substitution application are substituted in placed of
deceased appellant No.2(1). The legal representatives
have appeared through vakalatnama.
