the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this

application with liberty to raise all the points,

which have been raised in the present case at

appropriate stage. Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as

withdrawn with liberty as indicated above.

In view of rejection of this petition,

interim order of stay stands automatically vacated.

Office is directed to remit back the Lower

Court Record along with order of this Court to the
