Yesterday-the
4th
July 2011, this Court has granted permission sought for by learned
Assistant Government Pleader to get five matters filed by the
Government which are cognate to this matter circulated.

Inadvertently,
instead of Special Civil Applications No.8364 of 2011, 8365 of 2011,
8366 of 2011, 8367 of 2011 and 8368 of 2011, the matters being
Special Civil Applications No.6364 of 2011, 6365 of 2011, 6366 of
2011, 6367 of 2011 and 6368 of 2011 are notified.

Besides,
the learned AGP wants time to take instructions in those five
matters. These matters are adjourned to 8th July 2011.
