                                          ORDER

Shri Ajay Goyal, the appellant has filed this appeal dated 25.11.2010 before the
Commission against Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), New Delhi for not
providing desired information to his RTI-request dated 12.8.2010, which was scheduled for
hearing on 17.3.2011.

2. On perusing the records, it was found that the appellant’s identical appeal dated
15.11.2010, which was heard by the Commission on 16.3.2011 in Case No.
CIC/SS/A/2010/001135 (Shri Ajay Goyal Vs. DGCA). The Commission vide its order dated
29.3.2011 has directed the CPIO to provide the information, which is readily available with
them, within two weeks to the appellant, free of cost.

3. The Commission’s order in case No. CIC/SS/A/2010/001135 dated 29.3.2011
(copy enclosed) shall apply in the instant appeal as well.

The matter is disposed of with the above directions.
