                                          ORDER

Shri  Ajay  Kumar  Mishra,   the   Appellant   filed   an   application   dated 
3.08.2009   in   which   he   sought   information   regarding   action   taken   on   his 
complaint   dated   4.06.2008   with   the   Police.     Shri   R.K.   Jha,   Deputy 
Commissioner   of   Police/CPIO/West   Distt.   vide   his   letter   dated   29.8.2009 
informed the Appellant that the complaint petition of the Appellant had been 
enquired into which revealed that there is money dispute between husband and 
wife for Rs. 1.0 lakh which is a family dispute and civil in nature.   Hence, the 
complaint has been filed. 

Shri Sharad Agarwal, First Appellate Authority(FAA) vide his order dated 
15.12.2009   held   that   the   requisite   information   has   been   provided   to   the 
Appellant by the CPIO.   The FAA also directed that though the Appellant had 
not requested for copy of the inquiry report in his RTI application, copy of the 
inquiry report asked by the Appellant at the later stage could be taken by the 
Appellant   on   any   working   day   from   the   office   of   the   CPIO   on   payment   of 
requisite fee.  The Appellant however has preferred to file the 2nd appeal before 
the Commission in which he submits that copy of the inquiry report be provided 
to him.

The matter was heard on 14.07.2010.

The Appellant was not present.

Shri   Virender   Kumar/ACP,   Shri   Kuldeep   Singh/SI   and   Shri   Manoj 
Kumar/SI were present on behalf of the Respondent Public Authority.

After hearing the Respondents and on perusal of relevant documents, 
the Commission finds that the requisite information has been provided by the 
Respondent   to   the   Appellant   in   respect   of   RTI   Application.     However,   the 
Respondents   are   directed   to   provide   a   copy   of   the   Inquiry   Report   to   the 
Appellant free of cost within 10 days of Commission Order.

With these directions the matter is disposed off accordingly.
