ORDER
Background
1. The Applicant filed a RTI Application dt.13.10.09 with the PIO, Railway Board. Shri Sunil Kumar,
CPIOIII replied on 25.11.09 enclosing the point wise information furnished by Shri krishan Pal, SO
vide his note dt.21.11.09. The information sought and the reply provided are given below:

Not satisfied with the reply, the Applicant filed an appeal dt.7.12.09 with the Appellate Authority and
on not receiving any further response he filed a second appeal dt.29.6.11 before CIC.
Decision
2. The Commission on perusal of the submissions record and after hearing the the Respondents
directs the PIO to provide copy of the instructions which state that waitlisted passengers are not
allowed to board the reserved coaches, against point 3 to the Appellant by 20.11.11. Rest of the
information has been provided.
3. The appeal is disposed of with the above direction.
