ORDER
Background
1. The RTI Application dated 22.7.2010 was filed by the Applicant with the PIO, Eastern Railway,
Jamalpur requesting for the allotment details of H.No. 532/C Daulatpur Colony for the period 1.1.1992 to
15.4.2010. The PIO replied on 25.8.2010 providing the information. Not satisfied with the reply of PIO the
Applicant filed his first appeal dated 24.8.2010 seeking further information. The Appellate Authority replied on
8.9.2010 informing the Applicant that the information has already been furnished by the PIO while enclosing
the PIO’s reply once again. The Applicant filed his second appeal before the Commission seeking
information against the new queries sought at the appeal stage.
Decision
2. On perusal of submission on records and after hearing both sides the Commission holds that the
information sought by the Appellant has already been provided. For additional information required,
the Appellant may file a fresh RTI application.
3. The case is accordingly disposed of and closed at the Commission’s end.
