Information Sought:
The Appellant through 08 queries had sought reasons and file notings available in
various files.
PIO`s Reply:
The PIO provided photocopies of the files asked under Q 1 & 2. As Q 3 to 8 did not pertain
to his department, no answer was given.
Grounds for the First Appeal:
The reply was unsatisfactory and incomplete.
Order of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):
The applicant was granted permission to access the files relevant to the reply within ten days
of receipt of the order. Regarding Q.No 3 to 8 the DM (PLD IV & V) was directed to send
the reply within ten days.
Ground of the Second Appeal:
The appellant is not satisfied with the information provided.

The PIO has provided an inspection of the relevant records and also information that
on query-03 to 08 not action has been taken. The Appellant has certain grievances that the
pay commission recommendations have not been properly followed by DTC. This
Commission has not jurisdiction in this matter.
