ORDER
Background
1. The Applicant filed an RTI Application dt.3.3.10 with the PIO, DRM Office, Northern Railway,
Ferozepur seeking information against nine points about one Shri Mohinder Kumar, Guard. The PIO
replied on 6.4.10 furnishing point wise information. The Applicant however filed an appeal dt.8.4.10
with the Appellate Authority stating that information has not been received by him. On not receiving
any reply from the AA, he filed a second appeal dt.30.11.10 before CIC.
Decision
2. The Respondents stated that complete information was provided to the Appellant by the PIO on
6.4.10 . The Commission on review of the documents placed on record noted that the first appeal
had not been received by the Appellate Authority and that the Appellant has not acknowledged
receipt of the information in his second appeal. The PIO is therefore directed to provide one more
set of the required information to the Appellant by 20.6.11 along with proof of the fact that the
information was indeed dispatched by the PIO on 6.4.10.
3. The appeal is disposed of with the above directions.
