ORDER
Mr. Biman Roy, the Appellant, filed an RTI application dated 15.7.2010
seeking information on 29 points in view of the remarks of the Reporting Officer
in his ACR and its subsequent endorsement by the Reviewing Officer. The PIO
vide letter dated 17.8.2010 provided point-wise reply to the Appellant. Not
satisfied with the reply the Appellant filed an appeal before the First Appellate
Authority. The FAA, vide decision dated 29.10.2010 directed the PIO to furnish
the requisite information to the Appellant. In compliance to the order of the FAA,
the PIO vide letter dated 9.12.2010 forwarded 2 letters dated 11.11.2010 of the
PIO, H.Q. Raipur and deemed PIO Raipur Range letter dated 8.12.2010.
During the hearing the Respondent submit that requisite information has
been provided to the Appellant.
After hearing the parties and on perusal of relevant documents on file the
Commission finds that requisite information as per record, whatever is held or
under the control of Public Authority, has already been furnished to the Appellant.
The replies of the Respondent are upheld. No interference is called for on the
part of the Commission.
The matter is disposed of on the part of the Commission.
