Information sought: -

Intimate whether the law interpreted by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi that residents plots in
extended abadi would be covered by the provisions of Delhi Land Reforms Acts is so far as
violation of Sec.33 are concerned in Judgement reported as WP(C)-titled as R.F.A. (OS) 49 of
1999 M.S.Yadav Vs. Jagmal is being followed or not while granting the NOC for transfer of
land.

Reply of PIO:

The Appellant received a reply from the PIO after 3 months, but appellant was not satisfied with
the PIO’s reply.

Grounds for First Appeal:

The Ld. PIO failed to furnish the information within the time as stipulated by law.

Order of the First Appellate Authority:
“The consider view of the undersigned is that as per Tehsildar (Notification), the information has
been supplied on time within a period of 30 days. Necessary records were produced in this
regard.”

Grounds for Second Appeal:

The PIO has furnished a vague reply and not in the time as stipulated by law.
