The present case Sh. Deepak Beniwal   vs Delhi Police, North­West 
Dist., is regarding an RTI application dated 5.05.2009 filed by Sh. Deepak 
Baniwal.  The matter was fixed for hearing on 8.06.2010.  Sh. Prem Nath, 
ACP, North­West dist. and Sh. Bijender Singh, ASI on behalf of Respondent 
have pointed out that the same matter has already been heard and disposed 
off in Case No. CIC/SS/A/ 2009/00175. Therefore, no decision other than 
what has been pronounced in Case No. CIC/SS/A/2010/00175 is required 
to be taken in this case.
