                                                     ORDER

  Sh. Deepak Yadav, the Appellant, vide RTI application dated 3.11.2009, sought to 
know action taken by Police on his complaint filed before the Police.  On receipt of the 
RTI application from the PIO, Headquarters, the PIO, North­West Dist. through, letter 
dated 24.12.2009 informed the Appellant that as per the report of SHO Keshav Puram, 
the matter of the complaint was concerned with P.S. Kashmiri Gate, North Dist., Delhi, 
therefore, the RTI application of the Appellant along with a copy of complaint had been 
transferred to the PIO, North Dist. Not satisfied with the reply of the Respondent the 
Appellant has filed the present appeal before the Commission.

During the hearing the Respondent, representing the PIO, North Dist., submit that 
on receipt of the RTI application from North­West Dist, Delhi, Sh. R. K. Jha, PIO / Addl. 
Dy. Commissioner of Police, vide North District has replied to the Appellant through 
letter   dated   22.01.2010   enclosing   therewith   a   copy   of   a   report   obtained   from   Addl. 
Commissioner of Police, Kotwali, North Dist, along with enquiry report of Appellant’s 
complaint as received by the Appellant.

After hearing the Respondent and on perusal of the relevant documents on file, the 
Commission is of the view that requisite information available on record and permissible 
under the RTI Act, has been furnished to the Appellant.  No interference is called for in 
the reply of the Respondent.

The matter is disposed of on the part of the Commission.
