the hearing. However, the respondent by its communication dated 3.7.2008 sent by fax
has brought to the knowledge of this Commission that the issues involved in this appeal
have already been adjudicated by the Commission by its decision No.
CIC/OK/C/2008/00012 dated 2.6.2008. After perusing the said decision and after going
through the records available before this Commission it is decided that this appeal is also
disposed of by reiterating the decision No. CIC/OK/C/2008/00012 dated 2.6.2008.

Let a copy of this decision along with a copy of decision in No.
CIC/OK/C/2008/00012 dated 2.6.2008 be sent to the appellant and CPIO.
