Background
1. The RTI application was filed by the Applicant on 18.12.09 seeking information regarding delayed
payment of bonus, revised DCRG, service arrears and retirement benefit due as per VI Pay
Commission recommendations. The PIO replied on 15.1.09 providing the required calculations in
respect of all the points. He also informed the Applicant that the pay sheet for bonus had been
forwarded to the settlement section along with that of arrears on 12.11.08 and that the Applicant
had also been informed that regarding arrears of 40% his case had been forwarded to Sr. DFM for
verification of fixation of pay vide letter dated 19.12.08. The Applicant was assured that on receipt
of the same, early payment would be arranged for. Not satisfied with the reply, the Applicant filed
his first appeal dated nil to which the Appellate Authority responded on 8.5.09 enclosing
information against point 1 & 2. Being aggrieved with the rely, the Applicant filed a complaint which
was registered on 12.2.09 by the Commission. 2. The Bench of Mrs. Annapurna Dixit,
Information Commissioner, scheduled the hearing for September 16, 2010.
3. Shri Madan Lal Meena, deemed PIO represented the Public Authority.
4. The Applicant was not present for the hearing.
Decision
5. During the discussion the Respondent submitted that all the available information has been
forwarded to the Applicant on 15.09.2010 once again. Since complete information has been
provided to the Complainant and since his grievance too has been redressed the complaint is
accordingly disposed of and the case closed at the Commission’s end.
