FACTS
The matter is heard today dated 24.2.2011. Appellant not present.
BSNL is represented by Shri R. K. Verma, AGM (Pers.) and Shri K. K. Mehta, Dy.
Manager.
2. Shri Verma submits that the appellant is a retired AGM of BSNL
and has filed the present RTI application and the appeal arising there-from in
connection with non-grant of a certain pay scale to him. He submits that the pay scale
being demanded by the appellant is not applicable to him as the scale came into
operation after the appellant had retired from service.
3. This may well be so. This position should be explained to the
appellant and copies of the relevant rules sent to him in 04 weeks time.
4. The matter is being closed at the Commission’s end.
