Information Sought:

The appellant had sought information from MCD regarding various sales and purchases of
Iron sheds, grills etc.
Sl. Information Sought PIO’s Reply

1. Details of iron grills, sheds were received by the Grills, sheds etc for Motia Khan
S-90-B store for Rani Jhansi Road Circle, Motia and Aram Bagh were installed as
Khan & Aram Bagh and pusa road Metro per requirement and rest are lying
Station to Hanuman Mandir. with S-90-B Store. Pusa Road
Metro Station and Hanuman
Mandir comes under Karol Bagh
Zone.

2. What is the condition of Road Roller received I do not have any information
by S-90-B store when Mr. B.R.Tamta was about such roller nor I have given
Commissoner? charge.

3. What is the condition of old scraps like Iron No item sold by me.

grills, sheets, guarders, gates? If they were sold
then what was the actual amount?

4. What is the process of storing, recording and Old items first registered in
transferring of old items? Dismantling Register then used
as per requirement.

5. What is rules for auctions of old items? I am not responsible for auction.
The First Appellate Authority ordered.
The First appellate authority ordered that “Appellant has requested for specific reply. PIO is
advised to provide the specific reply to the appellant within 05 working days.” And he
disposed off the appeal.

Respondent : Mr.C.B.Singh PIO
The issue is that the appellant alleges that certain materials which came to store were
disappearing during night during the period 27/5/2008 to 5/6/2008.
The appellant is willing to inspect the stock books and the PIO will facilitate his inspection
of the relevant stocks books.

Decision:

The appeal is allowed.

The PIO will facilitate the inspection on 5 March 2009 at 9.00am. The appellant will be
given photocopies of any of the pages he desires.

This decision is announced in open chamber.
Notice of this decision be given free of cost to the parties.
