       This is in continuation of this Commission's proceedings dated
12.3.2010. As scheduled, the matter is heard on 26.4.2010. Appellant is
present along with Shri Achin Saxena. DDA is represented by Shri S.S.
Gill, Director (RL); Shri R.P. Garg, Dy Director (OSB); Shri H.L. Sinduria,
Dy Director (Industrial) & Shri K.C. Surendra, Dy Director (CE).

2.     It is the principal submission of the appellant that the Commission
had directed Director (RL) to provide him certified copies of the following
two documents :-
(i)    Guidelines regarding development and disposal of land issued by
       Govt of India on 2.5.1961; &
(ii)   DDA (Disposal of Developed Nazul Land) Rules, 1981.
       but the order of the Commission has not been complied with
       inasmuchas certified copies of the documents in question have not
       been supplied to him so far.

3.      On the other hand, Shri Gill produces his letter dated 18.12.2009
addressed to the appellant through which copies of the requested documents
have been sent. To this, the appellant would respond that one of these two
documents has been received by him but it is not certified one. He pleads
for certified copies of the above mentioned two documents.

                                  DECISION
4.     In view of the above, Shri S.S. Gill, Director (RL), is hereby directed
to supply certified copies of the documents in question to the appellant in 10
working days time, regardless of the fact that these documents have already
been sent to the appellant, as claimed by him.

5.      The matter is finally closed at the Commission's end.
