                                           ORDER

Shri Guru Prasad , the appellant has filed this appeal dated Nil (received on
18.11.2010) before the Commission against Delhi Police, Outer District, for providing
incomplete and incorrect information to his RTI-request dated 7.9.2010, which came up for
hearing on 14.3.2011. The appellant was absent, whereas the respondents were
represented by Shri Rajender Singh, APIO, Shri Rajesh Kumar, SI and Shri Krishan Pal,
ASI.

2. The appellant filed RTI-request dated 7.9.2010 seeking information on four RTI
queries pertaining to action taken report on his complaint dated 28.8.2010, 3.9.2010 and
4.9.2010 The PIO vide letter No. 5922/I.D. No. 1987//10/RTI Cell/Outer Dist dated
5.10.2010 has replied to the appellant.

3. Aggrieved by the decision of PIO, the appellant filed first-appeal on 18.10.2010
before AA. The AA vide order No. 927-928/Appeal/RTI/Outer District dated 1.11.2010 has
decided appellant’s first-appeal, who upheld the decision of PIO.

4. During the hearing the respondents submitted that the requisite point-wise
information/documents, on the basis of report/comments/documents obtained from
SHO/Sultanpuri and SHO/Aman Vihar through ACP/Sultanpuri has already been provided
to the appellant within the stipulated period.

5. After hearing the respondents and on perusal of the relevant documents on file, the
Commission observed that requisite information as permissible under the RTI Act has
been provided by the appellant.

The appeal has no merit and is rejected.
