FACTS
:
The matter is called for hearing today dated 27.9.2010.
Appellant not present. The public authority is represented by Shri
A.K. Sharma, Chief Engineer, Western Command and Lt Col Vikas
Rana.
2. It is noticed that appellant has been agitating the matter with
the public authority regarding non-payment of his ACP related dues.
During the hearing, Shri Sharma submits that the ACP related dues
have since been paid to the appellant vide their letter dated 16.9.2010.
3. AS per the appelant’s request, I had a telephonic talk with him
and he informed that the said letter has not been received by him so
far. It appears that the letter is in transmission. The matter is being
closed. However, if the appellant does not receive the letter in 10
days time, he will be at liberty to speak to the Registry of the
Commission for the revival of the matter.
4. The matter is decided accordingly.
