Grounds for the First Appeal:
Incomplete information received from the PIO even after expiry of mandated time limit.
First Appellate Authority (FAA) order:
Inspection of records may be carried on during public audit hours on any Saturday (except 2nd
Saturday) between 2-5pm. The appellant may mark in pencil the pages that need to be copied on
payment of requisite fees.

Incomplete information provided by the PIO.
Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:
The following were present:
Appellant : Absent;
Respondent : Mr. K. P. Kori, FSO (C-68) on behalf of Mr. Mange Ram, PIO & AC;
The appellant had asked for the details of bogus cards. The PIO had replied that there is
no record of bogus cards. It appears that the appellant wants to look at the various records to
uncover the bogus cards which may be on the lists. The FAA has suggested that the appellant
could go to the FSO on any Saturday and inspect all the records that he is seeking. He could also
get photocopies of these if he desires.
Decision:
The Appeal is disposed.
This decision is announced in open chamber.
Notice of this decision be given free of cost to the parties.
Any information in compliance with this Order will be provided free of cost as per Section 7(6) of RTI Act.
