Facts
:
1. The applicant preferred RTI request dated 24 May
2010 before the CPIO, National Insurance Company
Limited, Branch Office, Kotdwar vide which he sought
information on two points pertaining to copy of cash
receipt from the appellant for Rs. 11, 269 which as
per their statement had been paid to him.
2. The CPIO provided information vide his order
dated 23 June 2010 which did not satisfy the
appellant who preferred appeal dated 26 June 2010
before the first appellate authority. The matter was
disposed of vide FAA order dated 14 July 2010.
3. Being aggrieved and not being satisfied by the
above orders the appellant preferred second appeal
before the Commission. The matter was heard today
through videoconferencing. Both parties were present
as above and presented arguments.
Decision notice
4. After hearing both sides the Commission directs
respondent to provide full and clear information as
sought by the appellant under point 2 of his RTI
application within one week of receipt of the order.
