2. The Bench of Mrs. Annapurna Dixit, Information Commissioner, scheduled the
hearing for June 11, 2009.
3. Smt. Pushpa Rani, Dy. FA & CAO cum CPIO and Mr. N.S. Dohre, AFA
represented the Public Authority.
4. The Applicant was present during the hearing.
Decision
5. The Appellant inspected his files in the Commission in the presence of officials
of CIC. However, he was not satisfied. His contention was that besides the
two files which were brought to the CIC by the Respondents, there are other
files in his name in the Office. He stated that since he did not find what he
wanted in the files which he examined he would like to see these other files.
The Respondents maintained that there are only two personal files in the
name of the Appellant and that the two files have already been shown to the
Appellant. The Commission after hearing the submission from both sides
directs the CPIO to allow the Appellant once again to search for any
additional personal file which may be existing in the office, for two hours
only, on 17the June, 2009 and to provide copies of documents to him in the
event additional files are found and are inspected.
6. The complaint is disposed of.
