Facts

:­ 

1. The applicant preferred RTI application dated 15 
December 2009 before the CPIO, The Oriental Insurance 
Company Limited, Indore seeking information regarding 
transfer   policy   of   class   III   employees   who   are 
promoted   to   scale   I   through   26   points   –  enclosed 
herewith as Annexure A.

2. The CPIO provided the appellant with point wise 
information which failed to satisfy the appellant who 
preferred   appeal   before   the   first   appellate 
authority. The matter was disposed of vide FAA order 
dated 29 January 2010. The RTI application   was also 
forwarded   to   the   CPIO   headquarters   for   providing 
additional information.

3. The appellant preferred second appeal before the 
Commission   against   the   above   orders.   The   matter   was 
heard   today   through   videoconferencing.   Both   parties 
were present as above and presented arguments..

Decision

4. After hearing both sides, the Commission directs 
as follows:

i)   Respondent to provide information as sought 
under points 4, 6 and 9 of the RTI application.

ii)  Information in respect of point 10 to be 
provided if available with the respondent.

iii) In respect of information sought under points 
22, 23 and 25, recorded reasons to be provided 
to the appellant.

5. Information   to   be   provided   within   two   weeks   of 
receipt of the order.
