Information Sought:

The Appellant had sought for information regarding attendance register and Pay bill of the
moth of Sep 2008 for Garden Unit of “C” Block Naraina headed by Shri Inderjit Choudhry

The photo copy of pay bill for the month of September 2008 was sent. Information has been
provided.

The First Appellate Authority ordered:
Appellant has received the reply from the PIO. Appellant wanted to know, how the Junior
Malies have been put as Chaudharies, which was not asked in the initial RTI application. PIO
Stated that information sought in the RTI application as per its provisions, available on record
has been supplied to the appellant. No relevant information has been concealed.
