Facts

:­ 

1. Shri  Malku  Ram  Sharma  presented  RTI application 
dated 10 February 2010 before the CPIO, KVS, Lucknow 
to obtain information pertaining to the processing of 
his medical bills – enclosed herewith as Annexure A.

2. Point wise information was provided to him vide 
CPIO   order   dated   19   February   2010   and   appellant   was 
also   informed   that   information   was   to   be   collected 
from KVS Lucknow and KVS Barabanki.

3. Appellant   submitted   appeal   dated   21   February 
2010 before the first appellate authority.

4. Matter was decided vide FAA order dated 7 April 
2010.

5. Appellant   preferred   second   appeal   before   the 
Commission. 

6. Matter   was   heard   today   via   videoconferencing 
from   Lucknow   where   respondent   as   above   was   present. 
Appellant did not appear.

7. Respondent   states   that   information   was   received 
from   their   offices   at   Lucknow   and   Barabanki   and 
furnished   to   the   appellant.   Also   on   the   basis   of 
photocopies of his medical bills, appellant has since 
been reimbursed and the same intimated to him.

8. Commission   is   satisfied   with   the   information 
sought   by   the   appellant   had   since   been   furnished   to 
him. Case is closed.
