Facts
:
1. The applicant preferred appeals and complaints
before the Commission pertaining to information sought
by him from the CPIO of the Ministry of Finance,
National Insurance Company Limited, Pune, and National
Insurance Company Limited, Kolkata in respect of his
written promotion test conducted in the month of June
2009.
2. The above matters were listed for hearing before
the Commission. Meanwhile representation has been
received from the appellant Shri Manoharan that in view
of the fact that he has appeared for the next promotion
exam held in 2010 and consequently been promoted, the
information sought by him previously has no relevance
to him and has requested for withdrawing his pending
Appeals and Complaints.
Decision
3. The Commission accepts the plea of the appellant
and closes the above mentioned four cases.
