                                       ORDER

The Commission has received a complaint dated 17.5.2011 from Mr. Milan Kumar
Mukherjee u/s 18 of the RTI Act, 2005, against the Eastern Coalfields Ltd. for deemed
refusal to his RTI request dated 23.3.2011.

2. The Complainant is advised to submit a fresh RTI application along with fee of
Rs.10/- as per RTI Act, 2005 by way of Indian Postal Order as desired by the CPIO.
