Incomplete and unsatisfactory reply received from the PIO.

Order of the FAA:

The FAA in its order directed the PIO to supply the available documents to the Appellant within
15 days and suggested that part of the application which did not pertain the PIO/DEE(E) should
transferred to the concerned PIOs within 7 days.

Ground of the Second Appeal:

Incomplete information received from the PIO after the FAA’s order.

The PIO is directed to give the information about whether a written order was given for
ACP pay fixation to school teachers mentioned in the RTI application. If a written order has been
given photocopies will be provided, if no written order has been given this should be stated.

Decision:

The Appeal is allowed.

The PIO will give the information as stated above to the Appellant before 20 October 2009.

This decision is announced in open chamber.
Notice of this decision be given free of cost to the parties.
Any information in compliance with this Order will be provided free of cost as per Section 7(6) of RTI Act.
