2. We heard this case through video conferencing. Both the parties were present
in the Bhopal studio of the NIC. We heard their submissions.
3. The Appellant had sought the copies of the relevant rules regarding the
payment of gratuity and pension to the employees. Although the CPIO had provided
the copies of the relevant documents, the Appellant submitted that these were old and
the up to date amendments or modifications had not been provided.
4. We, therefore, direct the CPIO to provide to the Appellant within 10 working
days from the receipt of this order the photocopy of the relevant
amendments/modifications, if any, to both the sets of circulars/guidelines/rules.
5. The appeal is disposed off accordingly.

6. Copies of this order be given free of cost to the parties.
