                                                              ORDER

Background

1. The Applicant filed an RTI application dt.20.3.09 with the PIO, UGC seeking information against 3 

points.   Shri S.C.Chadha, PIO replied on 27.4.09.   The details of information sought and provided 

thereto are given below:

2 Is   the   Kalinga   University   recognized/listed   by  UGC   has   never   recognized/listed   Kalinga 
UGC in 2003­04 University,   Raipur.     There   is   no   such   specific 
record available.  However, a list of Universities 
is enclosed.

3 Could   you   arrange   the   list   of   recognized 
universities prior to 2005.

2. Not satisfied with the reply, the Applicant filed another  appeal dt.2.5.09 with the Appellate Authority 

seeking additional information.  Dr.K.P.Singh, Appellate Authority while upholding the decision of the PIO vide 

his order dt.22.10.09 transferred the appeal to Chhattisgarh Government for providing information against the 

new query.  On not receiving any reply, the  Applicant filed a second appeal dt.10.3.10 before CIC.
Decision

3. The   Commission   holds   that   all   available   information   has   been   provided   to   the   Appellant   and 

accordingly disposes off the appeal.
