The following were present:
Complainant: Mr. Parmod Kumar Singh;
Respondent: Mr. M. L. Sahu, Public Information Officer & Administrative Officer;
The Complainant has been provided information by the PIO on most of the queries. The
PIO states that the original RTI application was not received by him and it is difficult for the
Commission to establish whether the RTI application was received or not. The PIO has provided
information on some of queries which relate to an appointment made in 1995. However, he has
not been able to locate some of the records. The Complainant states that he would be satisfied if
he was given the offer of appointment given to PRTs Seema Singh, Kamlesh Kumari, Jotsna
Dwivedi, Sunita Sharma, Chandrakala, Lalita Kanojia and Satbir Singh.
Decision:
The Complaint is allowed.
The PIO is directed to give the information as stated above to the Complainant before
30 March 2010.
This decision is announced in open chamber.
Notice of this decision be given free of cost to the parties.
Any information in compliance with this Order will be provided free of cost as per Section 7(6) of RTI Act.
