The appellant Shri Piyush Kumar Pant preferred RTI request dated Nil before the
CPIO, Life Insurance Corporation of India, Haldwani, which has been replied to by the CPIO
vide letter dated 19 May 2010.
2. The appellant preferred appeal dated 8 June 2010 before the First Appellate Authority
which was adjudicated upon by First Appellate Authority vide order dated 10 July 2010.
3. Not being satisfied with the reply the applicant preferred second appeal before the
Commission.

4. The appeal in respect of the above mentioned RTI application has already been
decided vide Commission’s order no. CIC/DS/A/2010/001677 dated 24 March 2011.
Accordingly, no further action is called for. The case is closed.
