DECISION
This appeal was taken up for hearing on 23.6.2008 which was attended by the
appellant along with an Advocate. After going through the RTI application and other
replies it is found the information sought by the appellant in this appeal is also on the
same line which Mr. Raval Babubhai Motibhai has requested in his appeal which was
heard and decided in Appeal No. 2388/ICPB/2008 dated 9.7.2008 in File No.
CIC/PBA/07/1334. The advocate who appeared for Mr. Raval Babubhai Motibhai has
appeared for this appeal also. After detailed deliberations among the parties, it was
decided to dispose of this appeal by reiterating the decision in Appeal No.
2388/ICPB/2008 dated 9.7.2008.
Let a copy of this decision along with a copy of the decision in Appeal No.
2388/ICPB/2008 dated 9.7.2008be sent to the appellant and CPIO.
