Kindly refer to your letter No. NIL dated 19.11.2009 in reply to the Show 
Cause Notice issued vide Commission’s Order of even number dated 28.10.2009 in 
the case of Pradeep Tripathi Vs CPIO Bank of Baroda, Lalitpur.  Your explanation 
was placed before the Hon’ble Information Commissioner who has accepted it as 
satisfactory.   In view of the same, the show cause notice issued to you is, hereby 
withdrawn and the case is being treated as closed.
