        This is in continuation of this Commission's proceedings dated 4.10.2010.
The matter is heard today dated 29.10.2010. Appellant present. IAF is
represented by Cpl. S.S. Negi. The parties are heard. Cpl Negi submits that he
has no objection to provide information requested for by the appellant regarding
file notings concerning the appellant's dismissal after obliterating the names of
the officers. The Commission, however, is not satisfied with the delay caused in
the matter for no good reasons. Be that as it may, the file notings including
rejection of his application dated 17.4.2008 may be provided to the appellant in
01 week's time. Besides, the notings should be authenticated by the CPIO.
