ORDER
Background
1. The Applicant filed an RTI application dt.30.6.10 with the PIO, Safdarjung Hospital
seeking the action taken on para 5 of his earlier RTI application dt.29.5.10 related to
vacancies for OBC candidates. On not receiving any reply, the Applicant filed an appeal
dt.3.8.10 with the First Appellate Authority seeking the information once again. He filed
his second appeal on 20.9.10 before CIC.
Decision
2. During the hearing, the Respondent submitted that the letter dt.30.6.10 had not been filed
under RTI. However, complete information was provided on 27.12.10 to the Appellant.
He produced a copy of the reply before the Commission. One more set of the information
was once again handed over to the Appellant during the hearing The Appellant on his
part stated that he had received the information and that he is satisfied with the same..
3. In view of the submission of the Appellant as given hereinabove, the case is closed at
the Commission’s end.
