The   present   case   Sh.   Raaj   Mangal   Prasad   Vs   M/o

regarding an RTI application dated 22.03.2010 filed by 
Sh.   Raaj   Mangal   Prasad.     The   matter   was   fixed   for 
hearing   on   16.12.2010.     Smt.   Anju   Bhalla,   Director   / 
CPIO,   on   behalf   of   the   Respondent   in   her   written 
submission     submits   that   the   same   matter   has   already 
been   heard   and   disposed   off   in   Case   No. 
CIC/SS/C/2010/000467. Therefore, no decision other than 
what   has   been   pronounced   in   Case   No. 
CIC/SS/C/2010/000467   is   required   to   be   taken   in   this 
case.
