        The Appellant was not present in spite of notice.

        On behalf of the Respondent, Shri Dharmveer Singh was present.

2. In this case, the Appellant had, in his application dated 15 May 2009, 

requested the CPIO about the exact amount of loan sanctioned to him. In his 

reply  dated   13   June  2009,  the   CPIO  provided  the   desired  information.  Not 

satisfied with the reply, the Appellant preferred an appeal on 22 June 2009. The 

Appellate   Authority   rejected   the   appeal   in   his   order   dated   2   July   2009   by 

observing that the CPIO had already provided all the information. It is against 

this order that the Appellant has come to the CIC in second appeal.

3. We heard this case through videoconferencing. The Appellant was not 

present in spite of notice. The Respondent was present in the Muzaffarnagar

studio of the NIC. We heard his submissions. He stated that the CPIO had 

already provided every detail regarding the desired information and that there 

was nothing more to be given. We carefully examined the RTI application and 

the reply of the CPIO. Although the CPIO had already provided the necessary 

details, we would like to direct the CPIO to invite the Appellant to the relevant 

branch and to show him the records regarding his accounts and explain to him 

whatever he would like to know. This must be completed within 10 working 

days from the receipt of this order.

4. The case is, thus, disposed off.

5. Copies of this order be given free of cost to the parties.
