                                                         ORDER

Background

CIC/AD/A/2011/001899

1. The  Applicant   filed  an  RTI   Application  dt.10.5.11  with  the  PIO,  DDE(NW­A)  seeking  information 

against  seven  points  with  regard to Govt. Co­ed S.S.School, Singhu, Delhi.   The Dy. Education 

Officer,   Zone­IX   replied   on   24.5.11  enclosing  the  information   received  from  the  Principal   of   the 

School.    Not  satisfied  with  the  reply,  the Applicant  filed an appeal  dt.21.6.11  with  the Appellate 

Authority.   Dr.Sunita S.Kaushik, Appellate Authority replied on 5.7.11 directing the PIO to provide 

complete   information   and   also   to   accord   permission   to   the   Applicant  to   inspect  the   school.     In 

compliance to the order of the Appellate Authority, PIO replied on 27.7.11.  Being aggrieved with the 

reply, the Applicant filed a second appeal dt.4.8.11 before CIC.

2. The Applicant filed an RTI Application dt.10.5.11 with the PIO, DDE(East) seeking information against 

seven points with regard to GSBV School, Shakarpur, Delhi.   Ms.Neelam Verma, PIO replied on 

3.6.11 stating that the required information received from the concerned school is in 66 pages and 

requesting the Applicant  to collect the information on 9.6.11 after paying the requisite fee (@ Rs.2/­ 

per   page).     Not   satisfied   with   the  information,  the  Applicant  filed  an   appeal   dt.21.6.11   with   the 

Appellate Authority.   Ms.Neelam Verma, Appellate Authority replied on 15.7.11 directing the PIO to 

provide revised information against points 6 and 7 within one week’s time.  Being aggrieved with the 

reply, the Applicant filed a second apeal dt.4.8.11 before CIC.

Decision

3. The Appellant submitted that he is satisfied with the information provided in both the cases.

4. In view of the above, appeals are   considered as WITHDRAWN by the Appellant and the cases 

directed to be closed.
